How do I pay for my treatments?

I accept cash on the day or bank transfer when you book.

What waxing aftercare do I need to follow?

Keep your freshly waxed area clean and avoid heat and friction for the following 24 hours. This means:

  • No hot baths or showers

  • No saunas, hot tubs or steam treatments

  • No tanning

  • No sports or going to the gym

  • Avoid scratching or touching the treated area with unwashed hands


Do not use deodorants, body sprays, powders, lotions or other products to the area other than those recommended by me.


Some slight soreness, small bumps and redness are common and perfectly normal temporary reactions, particularly if this is your first wax! These symptoms should subside over 24-48 hours. If you experience persistent redness or irritation or if you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Where can I park on the day?

There is plenty of parking out on the road which is free all day.

What do I wear for a pedicure?

Please remember to bring your open-toed shoes or flip-flops for a pedicure.

How do I make an appointment?

I work by appointment only. Please use the contact form or you can call or text me on 07947 696365 for an appointment, or check for last minute availability.

Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes! These make ideal gifts and can be made up to your individual needs or for an amount. Get in touch to discuss your requirements. Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

What are your prices?

Prices are as listed and are subject to change without prior to notice and are subject to VAT.

What is your mobile phone policy?

To create a calm, tranquil and ambient environment, I kindly ask you to turn your mobile off or to silent while in the salon. This ensures your own you get the best out of your experience in the Beauty Shed and ensures total relaxation.

What do I need if I'm under 16?

I require signed consent from a parent/guardian for all under 16-year-olds before any treatment is carried out. Clients under the age of 16 also need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian during their treatment.


Please also note that if you want to bring along your children during your treatment, it is your sole responsibility to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Will I need to have a patch test?

If you’re new to the salon and are having an eyelash, brow tint, lash extensions or perming, you will need to have a patch test first, 48 hours prior to your visit. If you’re an existing client and have tints regularly with us and no medical changes have occurred, then you will not need a test prior to your visit. However, if your medical circumstances change then you must have a test 48 hours prior to your next treatment. Also, if you haven’t had a tint within 12 months from your last visit then again, you must have a test prior to your visit.

Do I need to tell you about my medical conditions and allergies?

Yes. It’s essential that you advise me of any medical conditions or allergies prior to your visit so I can ensure your treatment is suitable for you. If you have any medical or special requirements, please inform me at the time of booking and I can advise you and be prepared for your visit.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

For clients who frequently miss appointments or cancel at the last minute, I may ask for full payment prior to treatment to secure any future appointments.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Arriving 15 minutes before your appointment will allow time for you to relax before your treatment and for any relevant paperwork to be completed.

How do I cancel an appointment?

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment and I’ll be happy to reschedule.
